I appreciate the (sorta) time to myself when pet sitting. This time I’ve started on a crochet hat, did some doodling that may or may not influence a future work, and thought about my time and the things that I need/want to do. That last one tends to make me antsy, because there are so many things to do and I can’t do most of them while pet sitting, so I try not to do that one too much.

Feeling a bit annoyed, as the thing I was using to edit videos is trying to force me to use OneDrive to continue doing so, so now I need to either find something else to use or just do lives. Another annoyance is that Instagram requires you to download the app in order to link a website, so that is going to take even more research now.

Fine tip markers on 3 by 5 index card, and my scanner once again proves how it doesn’t like some colors, as the pale flower are actually more like a neon yellow. The blue and gray are pretty spot on though.
There may be some changes to posting coming up (time and energy permitting). My current thinking is to start posting the weekly little Cute or Creepy creatures to Instagram, doing something a bit bigger and (hopefully) nicer once a month on here, and posting to YouTube every other week (finishing up current projects before starting any new ones).
Now, all of that isn’t going into effect today, I have to find the time to do these things and become comfortable with them, so it will probably happen in stages. Also, knowing myself, my plan will go all cattywampus and I’ll be either back at square one, or doing something else.

I got distracted by things (mainly the local gaming convention) and forgot to post last week 😑. I did do a type of drawing that I haven’t done in a while, and I’m pretty happy with the results, so have an extra picture this week!

I think I’m going to move away from having a list of things I’m working on here, partly because that has already happened, and partly because it made me feel sad as it kept growing and the status of them hardly ever changed. As for what I will do instead… no idea yet. I generally don’t have much to write about, or feel comfortable putting out there for the whole world to potentially see, so it’s hard to see how to make this engaging.

I’m not sure I have the patience needed to make colored pencil look good right now.
Haven’t made a lot of progress on much, however I did make a space to sleep in my room, so I’m not on the couch anymore!

Gel pen on 3 by 5 piece of cardstock. Forgot to position my hand so that the pen wouldn’t smudge and the like, but I think it kind of added to the feeling of it.
I don’t have any pet sitting for about two weeks, so hopefully I can get some work done on things in that time. I am noticing that it currently takes me a few days to get into the groove of stuff at home when I get back, which is going to take some trial and error to help mitigate, and I’m going to be paying the price of that a bit today as I forgot about a morning commitment and there’s a bunch of Easter stuff to do still.

I’ve been home for about half a week, and on the one hand I’m a little frustrated to say that I haven’t really made any progress on stuff and things. On the other hand, my first day back involved helping family, second was feeding missionaries, third was a game session, and that’s on top of the regular shopping and cooking… yesterday I got laundry done, however I didn’t do most of anything else that I meant to do, and instead just listened to music and did nonograms. And I don’t think next week is going to be much different, as I’m pet sitting again for about half the week, and there’s Easter, General Conference, and some birthdays to do stuff for… 😩(at least I’ve found emojis?)
Hopefully I can get some stuff done today.

Meant to post last week, however I am pet sitting and completely forgot.
As for moving forward on things… I’m pet sitting, not much I can do about most of it right now, so I do other things instead. Like read, crochet, doodle/sketch/draw, and play sudoku. I haven’t really talked much with anyone in over a week and it does not bother me, because I need time to be by myself and actually rest for a bit. Now that does depend a bit on the pet sitting situation, and how my head is doing, but this current stretch has been very nice for it.
